3. Intellectual Property; Copyright; Patents

The Site, Service, and all associated content, software, user interfaces, workflows, branding, designs, text, graphics, logos, audio/visual elements, and documentation (collectively, the “Materials”) are owned by Dimitre-AI and/or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service and underlying methods, systems, and architectures may be protected by one or more issued U.S. patents and/or U.S. patents pending, as well as other domestic and international patent rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right in any patents except as explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by Dimitre-AI.

• No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, derive source code from, create derivative works of, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of the Site or Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• No circumvention / interference: You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls, rate limits, feature gating, watermarking, logging, telemetry, or other protective measures.
• No scraping or automated harvesting: You may not scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data except as explicitly allowed via documented APIs or written permission.

5. Acceptable Use for AI/LLM Interactions

The Service may enable interactions with AI and large language models (“LLMs”). You agree that your prompts, inputs, and usage will be lawful, respectful, and appropriate.

• No vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate content: You may not use the Service to generate, request, upload, or share obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• No illegal or harmful use: You may not use the Service to facilitate wrongdoing, including fraud, unauthorized access, malware, exploitation, or activities that violate any law or third-party rights.
• No abuse of the models: You may not attempt to jailbreak, exploit, or intentionally circumvent safety controls, content filters, or usage restrictions.
• No impersonation or deception: You may not use the Service to impersonate others, misrepresent identity, or produce deceptive content intended to mislead in a harmful manner.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and we may remove content or restrict features where necessary to protect users, Dimitre-AI, and the integrity of the Service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable and purchases are final. Any refunds or credits are granted, if at all, in Dimitre-AI’s sole discretion or as required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular use. You are responsible for independently verifying outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimitre-AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if necessary to protect the security, stability, or lawful operation of the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Site and Service ends immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State/jurisdiction applicable to Dimitre-AI’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
